Overview

Academy organizes learning content into tracks, each made up of modules and individual lessons. As you complete lessons you earn experience points (XP) and unlock achievement badges. Your progress is saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off across sessions.

How to navigate to Academy

Select Academy in the left navigation sidebar. The page header reads “Academy.”

What you will find in Academy

Your XP and badges

The page header shows your current XP total as a pill — a number followed by “XP”. Hover the XP pill to see the achievements you have earned. Confirmed badge labels include First Lesson and Track Complete.

Foundations track

The first thing you see after the header is a featured card for the Foundations track, marked with a “Start Here” badge. This is the recommended starting point. The card shows the track title, description, number of lessons, estimated time in minutes, and your current progress as a progress bar.

The call-to-action label on the card changes based on your progress:

  • Start — you have not begun this track yet.

  • Continue — you have started but not finished.

  • Review — you have completed the track.

Select the card to open the track and begin.

Learning Tracks

Below the Foundations card, the section labelled Learning Tracks lists persona-specific tracks in a grid. Each track card shows:

  • A persona icon

  • The track title and description

  • The number of modules, lessons, and estimated minutes

  • A progress bar

  • A Start, Continue, or Review button

Tracks that are not yet published appear as placeholder cards with a Coming Soon badge.

Available tracks and their content are managed by the RightAsk team and may be updated over time.

Opening a track

Select any track card to open the track detail page. From there you can open individual lessons and mark them complete as you progress.

Troubleshooting

Academy content is not loading. The page shows a “Try Again” button when content fails to load. Select it to retry. If the problem persists, check your internet connection and reload the page. Academy content is fetched from RightAsk’s servers on each page visit; a temporary service interruption can prevent tracks from appearing.

My progress is not saving. Progress is recorded when you complete a lesson using the completion action inside the lesson view. Navigating away before marking a lesson complete will not save progress for that lesson. If you completed a lesson but the progress bar has not updated, select “Try Again” on the Academy page to reload track data. If the issue continues, contact RightAsk support.

No tracks are shown at all. If the Academy page shows “No Tracks Available Yet,” published content has not been added to your account’s region yet. Check back later.
