Academy organizes learning into tracks, each made up of modules and lessons. Completing lessons earns you experience points (XP) and achievements. Your progress saves as you go, so you can stop and pick up later.

Some lessons also include ready-made documents you can edit and send directly to one of your agents.

Select Academy in the left sidebar, under Company.

The page header shows your XP total. Every lesson you complete is worth 50 XP. Hover the total to see which achievements you have earned. If you have not earned any yet, it reads “Earn achievements by completing lessons.”

There are three achievements:

Track Complete and Agent Graduated also add a notification to your notification list. First Lesson does not.

The Foundations track sits at the top of the page, marked Start Here. It is the recommended starting point. Once you finish it, that label changes to Complete.

Below it, the Learning Tracks section lists the remaining tracks. Each is themed for a different kind of business, with its own icon and colour, so you can pick the one closest to your work.

Every track shows its title and description, how many modules and lessons it contains, roughly how many minutes it takes, and your progress so far.

The button on each track tells you where you stand:

Continue takes you to the first lesson you have not finished, picking up from the last one you viewed. If you jumped around, it falls back to the earliest lesson you still have outstanding.

Select a track to open it, then select any lesson to begin. Mark a lesson complete inside the lesson itself. That is what records your progress, so finish the action before moving on.

When you complete every lesson, the track shows Track Complete and offers two next steps: Try It in RightAsk, which takes you to create an agent, or Browse Tracks to return to Academy.

Some lessons are hands-on. You practise on a private agent RightAsk sets up for you, uploading files to it and adjusting how it answers. It stays hidden from visitors while you work.

When you are ready, select Publish My Agent. It becomes a real agent, and you earn Agent Graduated.

Some lessons include a ready-made document, such as a rate card or an FAQ. Four controls sit at the top of it:

Add to My Agent is the useful one. Choose which agent from the Choose an agent list, then select it. RightAsk uploads the document and adds it to that agent’s knowledge base, so the agent can answer from it straight away. The button reports each stage as it works, finishing at Update My Agent if you send a revised version later, which replaces the previous one rather than adding a duplicate.

If you have no agents yet, this section shows You Don’t Have an Agent Yet with a Launch Your Agent button instead.

Documents you add through a lesson behave like any other knowledge base document. You can see and remove them on that agent’s Knowledge Base tab. See Adding Documents to Your Agent’s Knowledge Base.

Academy content is not loading. The page shows Something Went Wrong with a Try Again button. Select it to retry. If it keeps failing, check your internet connection and reload the page.

The page says “No Tracks Available Yet”. No published tracks are available to your account yet. Check back later.

My progress is not saving. Progress is recorded when you mark a lesson complete inside the lesson. Leaving a lesson without doing that does not record it. If you did mark it and the progress has not moved, reload the Academy page.

Add to My Agent is not available. You need at least one agent before a document can be sent anywhere. Create one first, then return to the lesson.

I sent a document to the wrong agent. Open the agent you sent it to, go to its Knowledge Base tab, and delete the document there. Then return to the lesson and send it to the right agent.
